What is the standard shipping time for Lockly orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Does Lockly offer a warranty on its smart locks?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all electronic components and a lifetime warranty on the mechanical finish of our smart locks.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for items that are missing parts or damaged.
Are Lockly smart locks compatible with Apple HomeKit and Google Assistant?
Select models are compatible with Apple HomeKit, while most of our smart locks support integration with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa via the Lockly Secure Link Wi-Fi Hub.
What happens if the smart lock battery dies?
Lockly devices feature a 9V battery backup terminal at the bottom of the lock. You can simply hold a 9V battery to the contacts to provide temporary power and enter your access code.
Can I install a Lockly smart lock myself?
Absolutely. Our locks are designed for easy DIY installation on most standard doors. We provide step-by-step video guides and 3D instructions through the BILT app.
